We are pleased to announce the publication of this book titled Food for Menopause, which will be released in September 2024. Every woman goes through perimenopause and the menopause, but her experience of the journey will be unique to her. In this book, Linia wanted to create a toolkit for women in their late 30’s and beyond to help them understand what is going on. More importantly, she wanted to empower them to be able to tailor their nutrition and lifestyle in an approach that is specific to their personal symptoms, circumstances and journey.
